Unhappy service

I regret to join old mutual money account I have transferred my bonus salary and its been been suspended since 15th I need to do my grocery but no help from them I have submitted my payslip as a proof of income hance they suspected the ***** but no response from them its towards the year end ineed to settle the school and fees for my kids its been over 3days but still no help of which its not the first time old mutual no loyal to me
