Unhappy dissatisfied and frustrated client

I have a serious problem with the company. On the 10th of January 2024 I did an application on my child educational plan were I claimed R20000 to register my kid at university..they said I must wait for seven working days.,after that they send me message saying I must complete tax residency form. I did so.. What surprised me is when I receive message saying I must fill forms to complete application forms for loan.. I visited my financial advisor were he showed me emails when he submitted to head office.. He even called head office in my presence for several days. Even today no respond from old mutual
