Unhappy customer

My brother passed away due to unnatural death according to the death Certificate. When we opened the policy we were advised by Old Mutual representative that any unnatural death the payment will be double the cover . Now the above insurance does not want to pay the double amount because according to them the cause of death is natural and not unnatural as stated on the death certificate . It simple means that Home Affaris and Medical Pracititioncer have made wrong justment acccording to Old Mutual
