Unhappy client regarding service from Old Mutual

Removal of an advisor on my portfolio is recalcitrant and there is no feedback given to me on the request. I have numerously asked that they respond since last year and upon my follow up they state that they will come back to me. Please help here, i am not impressed with them at all.
