Unhappy client

My mother passed away in 2017 and was buried, we got the funeral policy money after the funeral, we the claimed again for her retirement cover till date we did not receive that money, we sent all the documents nothing, my brother was also insured in my mothers policy and he was supposed to be covered for death which was in 2019, I went to claim for the policy it’s been 6years now and all we get is stories. Old Mutual I don’t know if it’s ur workers or rules but u guys are *****sters.
