I am writing to complain about my insurance policy being cancelled after claim in 2014.
In 2014 I was retrenched and claimed you insurance accordingly for the retrenchment, I arranged claim with my financial advisor Mr Lebone David Magano On 06 December 2018, I telephoned to claim again since we are being retrenched again so that I can get salary and to advise him of the situation and to make sure that he arranges my premiums accordingly until I get a new job.
I am very concerned that when he sent me and sms to say that the policy that had a salary protector ceased or cancelled with my knowledge or me knowing. I was told via sms that I could not claim because the policy reefing to is not in existence anymore. I was told that there was no record of my policy ever being extended for the cover after last claim.
I distinctly remember extend the insurance.
I am sure that you made a mistake in not extending the insurance policy. I would like you to investigate this matter and pay the claim.

Our claims division has rep**** to your complaint.
A claim under your benefit was instituted in 2014 and a monthly payment of R6 383.00 per month was paid for the period 1.8.2014 to 1.1.2015. Therefore, 6 income instalments was paid to you and the benefit has lapsed on 2.1.2015.
We don't find any record of a new benefit being purchased. We will however investigate if you can confirm paying a premium for a new benefit after January 2015.
The benefit however ceased after the incomes has been paid and therefore no claim is payable.

As per our conversation early this morning, I have stated my case to explain that there was no communication with Mr Lebone David Magano hence I always communicate with him over the year regarding the other policy and my policies are up to date.
Mr Brent you also advise me that you will go and investigate the matter with his manager.
Please note I am not happy with all the calls and the respond that I am getting because you are defending him and not hearing my case.
