Unhappy and confused client

<p>I open up a saving account with Old Mutual in 2007 and my monthly payment was around R200. Last year i draw R5000 from the savings account. Today i called them and to my unbelieve i only have R15000 in the account. I need help PLEASE to understand how this is possible. I start of with about R200pm and have increase it over the years and are paying R425 pm.....if i would have only paid R200×12month's×9years= R21600.......how is then possible that i have less then R21600 in my account and i am paying R425 at this stage????......they told me that they will charge me cancellation fare as well.... PLEASE help.....i do think this is a *******.....This is my second time that i am getting BAD service from Old Mutual.....i wanna bounce from them please advice...Yes i am almost 10 years with them but its time to go</p>
