Unhappy

I have been waiting for my refund for the past year. A *****ulent policy was opened in September 2021 and I lodged a complaint in January 2022. Old mutual investigated and stopped the policy but I have not received my 3 premiums that were deducted from my salary. I went to two branches already for a follow up but I am not getting any response.
