unhapppy client

good day had a bad experience with old mutual since i am their client i had an max investment with them which i cancelled 14/06/2023 which they promised to payout within 7 working days ,but to date nothing has paid when call them im taken from pillar to post claiming that my policy is still on coding ,then on the 26/06/2023 they debited my account that was cancelled and i had to go to the branch to fill out forms of cancellation which id please assist where you can
