unhappiness regarding the policy that was open but they dont want to assist the family

old mutual has been taking us from pillar to post regarding the policy of Helen Moloisane the policy was taken by maria maponya for Helen Moloisane from 2004 until jan 2020 unfortunately maria maponya died Nov 2019 but old mutual they way are so greedy the debit until Jan 2020 we submitted every document they want because we wanted to know and get an advice from them they failed to advice they seek letter from executorship we got it and submit but still they cant assist. what a wasteful money from 2004 paying old mutual but now they cant even help us. a ***** ****mer policy no wonder people leave their corpse at their branch.
