Unfairly treated by old mutual

I have a problem with old mutual, ever since I sent message here on the 06 th November 2025. regarding reimbur*****t of the lung test money. They are quick to respond here but the action is slow. Since then, I have been taken from pilar to post with the promising emails. The lung test undertaken on was paid R1435.00 but they want to pay me R450.00 only, while it was not my fault it was their employee`s one.

Another issue, I have asked old mutual to reinstate the policy for three weeks until to date, I didn't get a formal communicate with emails on the process. I am tired of calling their employee to check for me. I have been loyal to old mutual since 2009, I feel like I am not valued. I really don't trust old mutual anymore I feel like I have waisted my money for 15 years on the ungrateful kind of company. My concern is that I am too old to join other companies. I am pouring broken heart here for people out there to be vigilant when joining policies.
