UNFAIR TREATMENT OF MY WIFE'S CLAIM

1-Liberty has granted my wife's disability medical boarding as UNFIT since 21/09/2021 2- Liberty is in the process of granting her PERMANENT DISABILITY INCOME 3- All medical reports with current follow up reports have been attached and confirms the legitimacy of the my wife's claim 4- Elite Severe Illness Plus benefits were supposed to cover my wife in terms of ILLNESS and the fact that after 6 months of no recovery from that Illness with more related illnesses arising , then my wife would be able to claim the benefit again at 100% due to her been unable to work or do her activities of daily living. 5- I would like a FULL detailed review done urgently as this has now caused a financial constraint on my wife and my family. She is not satisfied with the services rendered and the way Old Mutual attended her claim. She has cover and has always paid her premiums timeously and now she is placed in this unforeseen circumstances where she has given up.
