Unfair Recruitment

I have been trying to find the recruitment complaints department on the internet, I could not find it. I am sorry I wrote here but I have this matter that has been bothering me since July. I was invited for Senior MIS Specialist interview (Pinelands) on the 3rd July 2023. I was then sent for finger prints in Bellville on the 5th of July 2023. The HR consultant was actively updating me and incontact constantly guiding me on what I needed to do. On the 6th July 2023 she called me asking me if I was aware that I was listed on the credit bureaus, I told her that I am aware. She requested that I contacted the companies that listed me to do an arrangment because she was going to attach the letters I recieved from the companies to the hiring manager so that she can check/track that I stick to my end of bargain. As we were talking on the phone I asked her if me being listed will hinder me from getting the job we were currently busy with, she reasurred me that it will not her colleague had advised her to give me a debt acknowledgement form that they usually give to candidates which are listed, I have never received the form and I kept on asking about it. I contacted the companies because I needed the job and I gave her proof, mind you I had already signed the form that is meant to be signed by "new employee or new contract" that requests my personal details including the banking details. The references were done and everything last time I spoke with her was on a friday when she said she received everything she will forward my file to the hiring manager. Towards the end of July I recieved a mere email from them informing me that my application was rejected. I tried calling her the folloiwng day because I wanted to find out what went wrong where did I fail, she did not answer nor return my calls. I asked my friend to contact her and transfer me to her, she missed our call and returned my friend call and she was suprised that it was on the line. I asked her where did i fell short and she told me that there was a better candidate.

Why was I given false hopes signing that form "To be filled in by new employee or new contract" it gives you hope that you are employed. I am still asking myself what went wrong why did they hurt me like that. Why my confidential details were asked like bank details if they did not have intentions of taking me. I even went as far calling debts that were about to subscribe now in September because I wanted the job after all of that, a regret.

Every time when i think of this I get headaches, when I am trying to explain it I cry because a company whom I love this much has hurt me deeply. Somebody please tell me what happend, I still do not understand
