Unfair practices

Old mutual deducts payments whenever they want and not on agreed dates so that your insurance can lapse. I had a green life insurance which I signed for to be duducted on the 4th of every month. They decided on their own to deduct on the 2nd when there are no funds. This has led to the insurance lapsing after 10 years with them! Just a waste of money and time if you ask me
