Unfair judgement on my credit profile

My name is Nkosinathi Zitha I D *** ,I had an account loan account with Old Mutual that I paid in full in 2017. Every time when I apply for a credit Old Mutual judgement appears on my credit profile. I contacted their call centre & their legal departments to get a paid up letter because i am getting declines whenever I apply for credit. Their are customer service is so poor you will wait for 15 minutes while listening to programmed voice prompts.I need Old Mutual to act professional by updating my credit profile since 2017 they have not updated my profile ,I will never ever take any product with Old Mutual I won't even recommend Old mutual to anyone. Contact numbers ***. Please assist urgently.
