Unfair interest added/ Wrong debits

Trust you are well. May you please assist me with my old mutual loan account.

I took out a loan with Old Mutual that I have been paying very well, never skipped a payment and sometimes even paying double or triple the loan installment amount in order for me to finish it off quickly. The agreement between me and Old Mutual Finance was that the monthly deduction will be on the last day of every month but instead Old Mutual has been attempting numerously to debit on the 25th of every month which kept on bouncing back and in turn they charge interest right away even though the debit order goes off on the 30th when the salary is in as agreed. If it has not been for the unfair interest added which is day light ******* I would have been finished paying off my loan by now or just left with one or two installment to go.

May you kindly please help me to get them to repay the interest they have been adding unfairly towards my loan not to even mention the bank charges they have costed me for the unpaid debit orders of when they numerously attempted to debit my account on the 25th when there was no money.

Please I am trying so hard to be a good client by sticking to my payment terms but their treatment is very unfair. Actually it is theft.
