Unfair decisions made on a maintenance payment

Hi, My ex-partner died in Dec 2017. We had x3 children from the 20yr relationship. I submitted claims against his Provident Fund. The final decision was sent to me, which I don't agree with. I have x3 court orders to stipulate his responsibilities and which is now not honoured by Old Mutual. He had a death benefit as well, which is payable to his new wife and child. The way the money was split is legally incorrect and needs a revision on the decision. Old Mutuals clause 37.2 makes clear provision for me as the mother of the children wrt maintenance and the provisions of the clause has not been instituted correctly. I had two claims - 1. monthly maintenance and 2. arrears maintenance. Both which had court orders for payment from my es-partner. I am now left with left with a monthly maintenance of an amount not disclosed yet. I have been without any maintenance payments for 2mths. Old Mutual granted me a payment claim of R35k two months ago to cover for the 3mths prior outstanding monies. The maintenance payment is two months in arrears again, without any re-payment of that. The larger part of the money was distributed to his current wife who is in the position to work for herself and the entire death benefit has been distributed to her. My kids are at the shorter end of the receiving end and I am left to provide for my kids by myself.
