Unfair Claim Denial Despite Disability Cover

I recently experienced an attempted hijacking during which I sustained a gunshot wound to my hand. Following the incident, I required hospitalization. In attempting to file a claim with Old Mutual for my Disability Cover, I was repeatedly asked to provide physiotherapy reports dating back to 2020.

As a self-employed individual, my injury has severely impacted my ability to work, yet despite my consistent monthly payments for Disability Cover, Old Mutual has been uncooperative in assisting me with my claim. This situation has placed me in significant financial difficulty, and I find the service I am receiving from Old Mutual to be inequitable and unjust.
