Unfair Charges on my Loans By Old Mutual

I am a client of Old Mutual I had loans with them which I settled on the 29 /11/2017 reference number ********** 092 via Shapiro Shaik & Defries Attprneys acting on behalf of Old Mutual whom I contacted to make settlements arrangements.

Today I got a call from the(Shapiro) at 7h00 am telling me that I owe Old Mutual R860 for some charges that I don't really understand. Old Mutual do not want my credit profile to be clear that is how I feel about them. I feel like I am being ********** by a reputable company like Old Mutual using their Attorneys Shapiro Shaik & Defries. Poor people are seriously being taken advantage off,i have paid them a lot of money but it seems like it is not enough.
