Unexplained life policy deduction

I learnt through my payslip that reflected an abnormal net salary. I wondered what had changed. As I went through the details of the payslip. It reflected a life policy i know nothing about, of R500. Please do the right thing Old Mutual. Reason enough to also cancel other official policies I have with the business. I don't earn much and the inconvenience you causing my family and I is beyond measure. Every cent counts and you believe in interupting people's lives without any concern.
