Unexplained debit order
I currently have 2 policies with Old Mutual. I noticed for the past 2 months that they've been deducting a R300 extra per month, reference OLDMUTCOL. I called them and they confirmed that I only have 2 policies active, and that I should phone customer service. There has been no answer at customer service all day, even after someone in another department told me that they will contact me back in 15 minutes time. I still haven't received any feedback
