Unclaimed benefits

There is no response from Old Mutual. I sent several emails enquiring on how to claim. I want to claim my personal retirement. There is no direction on how to claim. I went to the nearest Old Mutual in Pretoria Central they told me they cannot help only head office can help. I try to call with no response. No I'm stuck. No responses since October 2020.
