Unclaimed benefit - No Service from Old Mutual

Hi. I submitted my claim on the 3rd of June 2015 and still haven't received my claim. The agent 1st informed me that it would take up to 3 months but when I called last week Friday the 4th of September 2015, I was informed that nothing has been done to process my claim. I also called again on the 7th and the 8th of September 2015 where I was told that there are missing documents which strange enough was not mentioned when I inquired if they received everything they requested from me. When I requested to speak to management, I am told that they are in meetings all the time.<br> <br> Mdu
