Unbelieveably Useless

I went to the Old mutual branch in East Rand mall to get them to pay out my life insurance policy that has been cancelled. They advised me that this process will take 15 days and then I will have my money. On day number 17 I went back to the Old mutual branch and I was tot that they logged an urgent complaint and I will be contacted as soon as possible. another week went by and still no contact, eventually the compliant department contacts me and says they can not pick the claim up on their system and asked me for any paperwork that I have signed at the branch. I provided them with the proof and the complaint department send the query back to the branch. Here we are a month later and my funds have not been paid out yet and I have not received any feedback from the branch. What kind of company are you running?
