Unauthorized transaction

Old mutual is a ****. I noticed a random unauthorized transaction from my account in February. I wrote several emails to *** reporting this transaction. Did I get the response? No. I visited old mutual branch in George, i completed forms and i was told someone will contact me and after i will be refunded. Yet I'm still waiting for someone. It been 5months now Old mutual deducting my money without authorization. I reported this on Facebook as well and there I was told they requested the file from the internal department they will get back to me. Yet im still waiting.

No I'm tired of waiting and i want old mutual to stop these deductions and refund me.

I've never signed nor authorized anything with this ****.
