Unauthorized transaction

I got a deduction without my authorization. How is that possible? The worse part is that it's reflected on my pay sheet. I consider that theft and ***** and would like my 220 back asap. This must stop. If one have no business. They should not use 9ld details to ***** again. I canceled all I had with old mutual 2011 bcoz of their fees. Now I am suprised by the deduction November. I don't know the branch hence i would also like to know how they got to my pay sheet and my bank bcoz I changed those long ago also. All I have is new accounts. I didn't sign anything with anyone. Can this stop already. This ting of *****ing from our paysheets?
