Unauthorized premium increase
I informed old mutual not to increase my policy premium in June and i was told they will not,July i receive a message that my premium has been increased so they will debit the increased amount i sent an email stopping them for debited that amount i was informed that they will reverse the amount but I'm still waiting for my refund if i don't get it i will cancel my policies cause i can't afford to pay that amount monthly so every year they will keep on increasing it without my permission. ***
