Unauthorized Policy Deductions and Delayed ***** Investigation
I lodged a ***** complaint with Old Mutual in April 2025 after discovering a policy being deducted from my PERSAL without my authorization. Since then, I have visited their offices and contacted their call centres several times throughout the year, but I have not received any meaningful assistance or resolution.
To my surprise, I have recently identified an additional deduction from Old Mutual on my payslip that I do not recognize. I am now facing two premium deductions. I was advised not to cancel the initially reported policy as it is still under investigation.
This situation is placing significant financial strain on me, and I am deeply concerned about the lack of progress in resolving this matter.
