Unauthorized policy
Old mutual has sent a debit order mandate into my bank account for insurance policy i do not have. I have been calling, writing emails and even visited one of their branch but no one assisted. When I called them they said " probably premiums have increased " imagine an entire insurance company not knowing what's the cause of such??
