Unauthorized EARLY debit order

I am writing to you this morning with the greatest disappointment from the service I'm receiving from old mutual.

I've been with them for over 10 years and have repeatedly asked them to debit on the dates I've given them.

I'm at the point where I want to transfer all my policies to another financial provider that will give me the service that require and Not what they think is best for me.
