Unauthorized discussion of account

I am very hurt and disturbed by the actions of one of the Old Mutual Finance staff members. I have a loan I took out with Old Mutual. However, I have been having problems with paying the account because I have been having financial problems which I once discussed with the lady who assisted me with taking the loan. Now today they called my husband and discussed the details of the account without my permission. Now my husband has left me because of the actions of this consultant. When they took his number they assured me that its just procedure they will never call him. Today I am having emotional stress added by him on top of the financial stress I am already suffering. I am so hurt. I always believed that the details of the clients' account are not to be discussed with anyone except the client. I'm frustrated and disgusted.
