Unauthorized Deductions From Salary

I recently discovered on my last 2 pay slips that Old Mutual had deducted two amounts (R650), which was to my surprise as I have no policies with Old Mutual. Upon visiting the Springs Branch (The Avenues Shopping Centre), the consultant checked the database and found that 2 policies had been taken in my name in Mont Frere (Mind you I live in JHB). I sought further clarity and I was then told that a broker with my info may have been responsible. They then suggested that I bring my I.D. and pay slips reflecting these deductions, which I did only to be turned back and told their system was offline. I retuned the following Monday and then the story changed to "Our system has been down for 5 weeks". I'm appalled to say the least at the lack of assistance from your establishment, furthermore when one tries to contact you via your contact numbers , the calls are left unanswered. You leave me no option but to seek legal action via the Ombudsman...
