Unauthorized deductions
"Dear Old Mutual,
I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the deductions made from my mother's persal without her consent. Despite previous issues being raised and supposedly resolved, the problem has recurred. I've sent emails with no response. This is unacceptable, especially for individuals nearing pension. The deductions have been ongoing since November 2025, and it's urgent that this is sorted out as soon as possible. Please provide a detailed explanation and rectify this immediately.
