Unauthorized deductions and **** policy members-members--Old Mutual's Unacceptable practices

I'm extremely disappointed with Old Mutual's handling of my mother's policies. They deducted money from her Persal account without her knowledge or consent, and added **** policy members with our surname.

*The Issues:*

- Unauthorized deductions from December 2024 to June 2025 (Policy 1) - Unauthorized deductions from April 2025 to June 2025 (Policy 2) - **** policy members added without consent - Lack of security measures and oversight

*Request:*

I demand that Old Mutual:

- Immediately refund the deducted amounts - Cancel the *****ulent policies - Investigate and take action against responsible employees - Implement stricter security measures to prevent future incidents

*Warning to Others:*

Be cautious when dealing with Old Mutual. Their practices seem to prioritize profits over people's financial security.

Let's hope Old Mutual takes responsibility for their actions and makes things right!
