Unauthorized deductions.

Old Mutual is deducting money on my salary for 2 closed policies not even showing on their system ,i was in shock since their system shows that both have been closed after a claim was executed on both policies. I did not give Old Mutual consent to restart both policies therefore im seeking a refund .
