Unauthorized deduction from Old mutual

So deeply upset with the old mutual group, we had one of there agents come to my company the person gave me half information about the policy and took down my employee number, I told the the agent that I was not taking the policy for sure and I needed more information regarding this policy. The agent went against my verbal or written consent and registed the policy I saw a month later that a perium had been deduced directly from my salary without my consent and without any paper work. I contacted old mutual 2 days ago to question this they cancel the policy and don't want to refund me my money.. This is ***** and the agent who took this policy went against my consent and wishes. This is suppose to be a professional company but their work ethic is unprofessional.
