Unauthorized Dedit Order
Every month I keep getting a deduction on my FNB account of R500 with an OMMAXPERLS reference for something that I do not know about and this after I had surrendered my policy with Old Mutual. Can you please pay back the last debit order to me because I keep disputing but you keep deducting for the past 6 months. It's becoming damning now. I did not authorize any deduction to go off with you guys. Please stop this ****it and pay back my money you deducted on 30 September 2024. You have my contact details so please call me.
