Unauthorized debits that will not go away

<p>I have requested for several months for this Investment policy to be cancelled but it today I still get debited in my account and I have to run around to the bank every month to get it reversed. Firstly I didn't open this policy, the financial advisor did with my name and banking details, I asked her to cancel it when I noticed in on my portfolio online and she didn't. I have called and emailEd countless times to Old Mutual for the past couple of months but this thing won't go away. Old Mutual please make this thing go away. Your financial advisors clearly do this thing often to reach their targets and get paid commissions without authorizations from us as clients</p>
