Unauthorized Debit with NO NOTIFICATION???

I have a loan that's supposed to deduct the 1st day of every month and yet my salary has not even cleared into my account and Old Mutual Finance has a Naedo tracking run on my account since the 15th of December? I have a perfect payment history but Old Mutual cannot even notify their clients regarding earlier debits via SMS this month? I informed Shane that I WILL return this debit order until I have a written apology regarding this, at which THEN I'll make my payment. I find this incompentent service from the company and the individual staff member (since he gets paid if I pay my loan every month and therefore he also has to take ownership of his business) to be a mockery and a blatant misuse of power to the every day man on the street!!!
