Unauthorized Debit Orders
Pathetic service for refunds, you wait 40 minutes to speak to somebody and only for them to tell you you will receive your refund for a debit order they were not even supposed to take within a day or two. You try contacting them via email and no positive response there either.
You cannot reverse the debit order through the bank as they have some sort of agreement with the banks. Old Mutual don't give a rats ass about the financial predicament they put you in by doing this.
This does not even deserve a one star.
Totally and Utterly pathetic service Old Mutual.
At least I know for the near future that I will not be investing one cent in Old Mutual.
