Unauthorized debit order still goes off after my policies have been cancelled 2 months ago.

Cancelled my policies with Old Mutual 2 months ago where I wrote a letter and signed it. They kept on deducting every month even after the head office emailed me a confirmation to say that my policies have been cancelled.

I'm really really ****ed off as that was unauthorized debit orders, so they basically stole from me.
