Unauthorized debit order on lapsed funeral policy

Unauthorized debit order on my account. My policy lapsed in May 2025 and debit went through my account today 27 September 2025. Please refund my money back as I have never reinstated any policy with you. Even last month debit order was send to my account without my consent.

What is the turn around time to deal with unauthorized debit order refund @ Old Mutual. Because I cannot stand for these as I have already logged a dispute with ombudsman. As you just responding to Hellopeter communication as if you helping me and nothing has been done neither received any form of communication
