Unauthorized debit order
The debit order date is the 26th but all of a sudden they debit my account whenever they want. It happened last month, today again someone sends money into my account so I can see a Dr and they take it. I want my money back in my account now! Why do you ask for a debit order date if you're going to debit my account as soon as there are funds.

I want my money now, what you're doing is not right. Money that comes into my account does not belong to old mutual, it's my money
