Unauthorized Debit

Old mutual took my money from my account and now I'm being sent from pillar to post and it's a policy I haven't paid in years. When I called in the last time I was told my request is with the claims department. Why is is it there?, they don't do proper research they just escalate without even checking with me. I need my money because I need to use it ASAP
