Unauthorised policy openings and deduction

Dear Hello Peter Team, I'm writing to report a serious concern about Old Mutual. Without my consent, they've opened multiple policies on my behalf, deducting premiums directly from my salary via Persal. About a year ago, two unauthorized funeral covers were created. After months of complaints, they refunded me but wouldn't disclose who opened these policies. Now, two life covers have been added without my knowledge since September, with ongoing deductions.

Given this breach of trust, I'm considering cancelling all my policies with Old Mutual due to fears about my data security and my life . I request: 1. Full disclosure of all policies opened in my name. 2. Immediate cancellation of unauthorized policies and refunds. 3. Investigation into who opened these policies and action taken.

Please assist in escalating this complaint.
