Unauthorised Policy
I discovered unauthorised policy under my name in April 2026 and immediately reported it to Old Mutual and asked them to stop taking my money. They agreed when reported and promised me that they will conduct some investigations into the matter. As i’m writing to you, Old Mutual is still deducting my money from my salary without any progress on what really happened. Please help because I'm really losing my patience now. It is hard because they are taking the money from my salary. The whole situation is affecting me negatively. I need justice and my money must be returned.
