Unauthorised Policies and No Resolution

I discovered that six policies were added to my account without my knowledge, and deductions have been taken from my salary since October 2025.

I reported the matter to Old Mutual and was told that an investigation was underway. However, months later, I am still waiting for feedback or a resolution. I have visited branches numerous times and followed up repeatedly, but no one seems able to assist.

I am requesting that Old Mutual urgently finalise the investigation, explain how these policies were added, and refund all unauthorised deductions. The lack of communication and progress has been extremely frustrating.
