Unauthorised debit orders

Iam terribly disappointed in old mutual honestly,my policies lapsed early this year,then between February and march I decided to get a quote online for funeral cover with old mutual,the suddenly in March my policies were reinstated without my consent,my bank account was even debited without my authorisation,now in April I was double debited and they added an extra policy amounting R95 and it was debited without my authorisation.have been sending emails to old mutual without any reply,I even sent bank statements as proof, only to find out when I called today that my query is not attended to since last week,I just need my refund and am humbly asking you to stop debiting my bank account without my consent.i feel ****med or *****ed
