Unauthorised debit orders

A few months back I enquired about an RA for my husband. He was sent for blood tests to do a quote. At the time I was suffering from debilitating vomiting due to a tough pregnancy and I just could not get to a point where I could look at the quote and where we could make a decision as I was off work and not checking emails.

I was surprised when at the end of June R327 was debited off my account. I emailed them about this and for a month now have gotten NOWHERE. They want me to send a letter of cancellation from my husband. HOw can my husband:
1. Cancel a contract he never signed?
2. The money is being taken off MY account, with NO AUTHORITY and I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I have now been debited again. I get ****py automated emails and just requests for a cancellation letter which is ABSURD!

And let me add, I am not being debited for a RA, but life cover, which is not even what I wanted. HOw can Old Mutual just DEBIT my account when i was doing an enquiry for my husband? Only because I am a client already they have my bank details. It's an abuse of trust!

I am due to have a baby in 2 weeks. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Have been debited TWICE NOW!
