Unauthorised debit order date

I have been calling for a good hour. When a consultant eventually picks up I tell her that for the past two months they have been getting my order date wrong and I would like them to fix this. The next thing she goes quiet. I call again, the next one that answered the phone does the samething. I therefore not resolve the matter
